Successful day – Port chemotherapy surgery compete! 

All went well.  I took a much needed nap on the operating table and woke up with a new friend, Portia.  My neck was a bit sore and I had a panicky moment when I thought it swelled up but then remembered there’s a port under there.  Phew.  The soreness was quickly remedied by some Tylenol.
